The Boathouse is ideally suited for a family holiday and particularly good for parents wishing to teach children boat handling skills or fishing. A rowing boat is available Easter to October but is used entirely at your own risk.
The accommodation comprises a living/dining room and open plan kitchen, 3
bedrooms (1 double, 1 twin and 1 with bunk beds) plus double sofa bed in the
living room. A separate toilet and bathroom with shower and bath. Washing
machine and tumble dryer. The boathouse has been recently refurbished.
Sailing/rowing dinghies and motor boats can be hired from Potter Heigham or Upton. The Norfolk beaches are 10 miles away.

Balcony leading down to waters edge A launching slip is available locally at the boatyard if you wish to take your own vessels. Licences can be purchased from the shop at Ranworth broad or the Broads Authority in Norwich.

The village is South
Walsham is 1.5 miles away where you will find 1 Public House, a Chinese Restaurant
and a Post Office.
The following are provided: Colour TV, DVD player, Pillows and Duvets,
all linen, Towels hand and Bath, tea towels, washing machine, off road parking for 2
TO 3 cars,
garden and BBQ. The boathouse is fitted with night storage heaters which are
included in the rental price.
