The above price is for weekly rental in for the property in March based on 8 sharing stating 4pm Sunday till 10am the following Sunday. In Jan/Feb the change over day changes to Friday to facilitate for weekend rentals. Weekends start 4pm Friday to 10am Monday.  Weekend rate £360 week rate £510. For animals add £35 per week £20 per weekend.
The boathouse is equipped for a maximum of 6 adults plus 2 children in the bunk beds. A cleaning and breakage's deposit of £100 is required with final payment. If you are a small party of 2 please ask about small party discount.
