The above price is for weekly rental in October for the property based on 8 sharing.  For animals add £36 per week £20 per weekend per pet. For November and December the rentals are for weekends and then weeks ie 370 weekend and 510 for a week starting 4pm Friday to 10am Monday or 10 am Friday if booking for a week based on 8 sharing. The boathouse is equipped for a maximum of 6 adults plus 2 children in the bunk beds. A refundable cleaning and breakage's deposit of £100 is required with final payment. Please ask about low occupancy discount for two occupants.
