The above price is for weekly rental in for the property in October/November based on 8 sharing stating 4pm Sunday till 10am the following Sunday. In November the change over day changes to Friday to facilitate for weekend rentals. Weekends start 4pm Friday to 10am Monday. Weekend rate £360, week rate £510. For animals add £35 per week £20 per weekend.

The boathouse is equipped for a maximum of 6 adults plus 2 children in the bunk beds. 

A cleaning and breakage's deposit of £100 is required with final payment. Weeks or weekends marked N/R please ring for availability
